Where we can and cannot ship, and why

It is the question we hear most often, so we would rather answer it plainly than bury it in fine print.

State law sets the first boundary

A small number of states prohibit kratom outright, and we do not ship where the law says we cannot. Idaho is a case in point: its zero-THC standard is stricter than most hemp-derived products can meet, which affects a portion of our CBD line as well. Rather than leave that discovery for checkout, our system checks your state before an order is ever placed, so you will never be left waiting on a shipment that was never going to arrive.

Cities and counties draw a second line

This is the layer most retailers gloss over. A handful of municipalities restrict or prohibit kratom even where their home state allows it — San Diego, Denver, and Sarasota County among them, along with a cluster of towns across Illinois. Because these local rules do not always track state lines, we screen for them separately, and we would rather flag a restriction at checkout than let an order slip through and land somewhere it legally cannot.

Why we choose not to ship around it

We could take the order anyway and let the package take its chances. We do not, for two reasons. First, a seized shipment is not an abstract loss — it is your money and your time, and we are not willing to treat either casually. Second, an industry that plays loose with jurisdictions it knows are restricted is the industry that invites tighter regulation for everyone in it, including the customers who followed the rules. We would rather be the company that got this boring detail right.
